At Samui Law Firm, we understand that certain documents can be either; a literal word-for-word translation or, a combination of word-for-word and contextual translation, whichever is most appropriate for that translation. Why is this important? Well, some documents like; a birth or marriage certificate, require a very literal word-for-word translation for an embassy to accept them whereas, a contract will contain a lot of contextual content that needs be interpreted and understood, in the translated document.
